Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VibeMath (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VibeMath ("we", "our", "us").

2. Service Description

VibeMath is an AI-powered mathematics tutoring and educational video creation platform. The Service enables users to:

• Ask math questions and receive AI-generated step-by-step explanations
• Generate short-form educational videos explaining mathematical concepts
• Save generated videos and solutions in a private library
• Organize learning materials into collections

The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice. Some features described above may not yet be available to all users.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is hateful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Attempt to extract, override, or manipulate AI system prompts ("prompt injection")
• Generate content unrelated to mathematics education in a way that violates other rules
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, subscription checks, or other technical safeguards
• Use the Service for commercial redistribution without our written consent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For serious violations, we may act without prior notice.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the payment platform shown at purchase. Free accounts can use every VibeMath feature and include three video generations for the lifetime of the account; Pro changes only the video quota to unlimited. You may cancel at any time from your subscription settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Refunds are governed by the payment platform used for your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the videos, chat content, and other materials you create using the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

All rights in the VibeMath platform, brand, software, and AI models belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate responses and videos. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any math solution before relying on it in academic, professional, or other important contexts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeMath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated answers are mathematically correct in all cases.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
