Subscription and billing

VibeMath Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play. To cancel or change a subscription, open Google Play, select your profile, then choose Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions.

Delete your VibeMath account

VibeMath is published by TwentyThree Labs. You can request permanent deletion of your VibeMath account and its associated data even if you no longer have the Android app installed.

Request account deletion

  1. Email support@vibemath.app with the subject "VibeMath Account Deletion Request."
  2. Include the email address you used for VibeMath so we can verify that you own the account.
  3. We will complete verified requests within 7 business days and email you when deletion is complete.

You can also delete your account in the Android app by opening Profile and selecting Delete account. The email option above does not require access to the app.

Data that will be deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication account and VibeMath profile
  • Math prompts, uploaded files, generated videos, thumbnails, and narration files
  • AI tutor conversations and generated text solutions
  • Quizzes, study plans, saved collections, and learning progress
  • Community posts, replies, votes, flags, feedback, and notification settings associated with your account
  • VibeMath subscription status and usage records

Data that may be retained

Records that we or our payment providers must keep for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations may be retained for the legally required period. Billing and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years. Anonymized crash and error logs expire within 90 days. Retained records are not used to keep your VibeMath account active.

Cancel Google Play billing separately

Deleting your VibeMath account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately to prevent future renewal charges.

To request a machine-readable copy of your VibeMath data, email us from the address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.
